WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?
Firstly, get in touch by filling out the form below with your enquiry. As much detail as possible is always useful, so I can provide the most accurate quote based on your request.

If required I can provide our cardstock and envelope guide, and offer guidance on extra print finishes or special touches. I will answer any questions or concerns throughout the whole process to ensure you're fully comfortable before making a decision.

Through the editing and proofing process I will provide updates and mock-ups for you to request changes if needed. Once you approve the final designs in writing, only then do I send off to the printers with your order.
HOW MUCH DOESÂ YOURÂ DESIGN SERVICE COST?
The overall cost of a stationery order depends purely on the individual and their requirements. There's no 'baseline' cost for stationery as the price differs for every individual quote, for example the type of stationary required, how many items, the cardstock chosen, extra print finishes or arch-die cut requests, and envelopes or envelope printing.

I also charge a service fee which covers the predicted hours of work based on your request, including the design and development of your stationary, editing and proofing, plus printing, packaging and posting your final order. I usually allow for 3 major edits of your designs, and for any additional charges I will notify you and update your quote to reflect the extra hour(s) of editing if required.

HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE ORDER TAKE?
Again this all depends on the individual - from your initial quote request to your deadline for your order, how responsive you are to emails, how many edits are required, approval of designs, and so on.

I usually allow 1-2 weeks for back and forth through the design, editing & proofing process, and another 7-10 days for printing and delivery of your order.
If you require an express order with a tight deadline, we can work towards what you need and when. Express orders & shipping does cost extra which I can confirm within your quote.
DO YOU HAVE SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGNS?
I have a variety of pre-made, semi-custom designs for wedding suites. This includes Save the Dates, Wedding Invitations, Details & Wishing Well cards, Thank You cards and more.
Many of our products sit within their own unique collections to ensure your stationery all matches perfectly in the lead-up to the big day. These designs can be used simply as a "base" to build on to create your dream invites.

CAN I REQUESTÂ NEW AND UNIQUE DESIGNS?
Absolutely, I love creating new and bespoke designs to suit my clients' style and vision. Simply fill out a Quote Request with as much detail as possible so I can respond with an accurate quote.

We also have a Design Guide available if you're unsure of cardstock or envelope colours, and I'd be happy to provide more information on extra print finishes.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND ON THE DESIGN DURING THE EDITING PROCESS?
Yes you can! However please note the service fee may change based on the additional hours required for changes to your original request.

Changing to a more premium cardstock or adding on extra print finishes will also come at an additional cost.
​
And of course, I will always confirm any increase of costs in a quote before proceeding with your requested edits.
WHAT SIZE AND SHAPE CARDSTOCK DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Generally I stick with 120x180mm size for Wedding or Engagement Invites, which fit inside 130x190mm envelopes. This is to ensure you only need 1 stamp when sending, saving you on postage costs. Where-as A5-sized invites (C5 envelopes) require 2 stamps for postage.
I like to use A6 (105x148mm) for your 'Details' Card if you need one, I can also create separate 70x120mm cards for RSVP slips or for notes on gifts. Your stationary can be any size you choose, such as A5, A6, DL, square shaped, rounded corners, arch-shape and so on!

WHAT CARDSTOCK AND ADDITIONAL PRINT FINISHES DO YOU OFFER?
Through our printers I can offer a huge variety of quality cardstocks, that differ in colour, texture, and thickness. I also work with die-cutting such as arches, half-arches, rounded corners, and so on.

The standard print order is digital print with black font, however you can also choose from extra print finishes such as gold foiling, letterpress, embossing, and white ink.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER THE PRINT ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Once your final design is finished, I will always request that you check over all details, names, spelling, etc thoroughly to ensure nothing is missed or incorrect. It's recommended to ask your partner, or family member/friend to also read over the stationery.

Only until I receive your written approval do I send your final order to the printers. Please note that once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed. So please ensure everything is triple-checked before approving the final design.

Please note - whilst I do check over the spelling and wording when creating your invites, the final spell-checks and due dilligence is the responsibility of the client. We do not offer free of charge reprinting in the instance of the incorrect details being approved by the client.
WHAT IF THERE IS A QUALITY ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
Once your stationery is printed, I receive it first to ensure nothing is missed and its quality is as expected. If there are any issues or damage from postage at all I will immediately alert the printers and the client.

In the very rare instance of there being something wrong when you receive your order, please contact me immediately to have it resolved. Whilst we can't offer refunds for your stationery as I will have already paid for the printery costs, I'll be happy to reprint and resupply your order free of charge.
